We attended a large homeschool conference this past Friday and Saturday. The keynote speaker was Dr. Voddie Baucham. This man grew up in central L.A. (California) with his single parent mother. I read in one of his books that all around him was brokeness, and he had no Godly example of marriage. He did not know the Lord until his second year of university. I heard six lectures/sermons over the two days.....and stand amazing at how the Lord is using this man.
